In MarioKart Wii, I beat the Normal Staff Ghost in Yoshi's Fall, but the Expert Ghost didn't come out?

I learned that 4 Normal Staff Ghosts need to be beaten, and then the Funky Kong will be unlocked.

So I just beat Normal Staff Ghost NinDoTak 01:16.461 for Yoshi's Fall, but I don't see any Expert Staff Ghost? (NinDoTak as mentioned in http://www.mariowiki.com/Mario_Kart_Wii so the Expert Staff Ghost should be Nin*FJ )

Isn't the Expert Staff Ghost suppose to come out?

You need to beat the normal staff ghost by a sufficient margin in order to see the staff ghost. You just need to work on improving your time a bit more in order to see him.

If you don't have the Become Ethereal shout, you're probably out of luck. You shouldn't be able to save while falling so your save should start with you on a solid platform and then falling - just try to shout before you fall. Also, if you happen to have netch jelly from the Dawnguard DLC, consuming that will cause paralysis. When you fall while paralysed you'll bounce harmlessly off the ground regardless of height.

You just hold down whichever button is normally pressed for shooting the item. As soon as you release the button the item will then fire, and as far as I know you cannot stop holding the item behind you without firing. This works with single shells, single bananas and possibly the fake power-up boxes.

Treat the players who come first and second as one person, and third and fourth as one person, and follow a normal tournament structure. So first and second are one side of the bracket for the next round, and third and fourth drop down to the loser's bracket or out entirely depending on your model. If your number of players isn't divisible by 4, that's OK, just have a 3-player or 2-player match with the people left over. You could choose to skip two-player matchups and automatically put them through to the next round, or match them up and put through only the winner. Obviously, the deciding match has to be a 2-player match. For example, single elimination with 7 players: A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. A,B,C,D play and E,F,G play. A&C win and F&G win and all play each other. A&G win and play each other. A triumphs.

Instructions Identify cheaters early on in the game, if possible. Cheaters often have absurd win and loss records, i.e. 100 wins and no losses. They usually will have hacked the game to give them use of unlimited items. For example, if you are hit with a blue shell early in the race and no one has had time to even reach the first item box, you're probably dealing with a cheater. Quit out of matches against cheaters. If you're able to identify a cheater before the match starts by looking at his win/loss record, then quit out before the match starts. If you quit out before the match starts you won't receive a loss. If the match has already started, quit out anyway. Attempting to race against cheaters at all rewards their behavior. Report the problem to Nintendo. Although there isn't any official way to deal with cheating in Mario Kart, i.e. by banning the hackers, the Nintendo Tech Support Forum suggests that you fill out an online customer service form so Nintendo can investigate. Fill out all the pertinent information that you can remember about the match such as method of cheating and the player's name. A link to the form is available in the Resources section. The fact of the matter is that actually beating endurance is practically an impossibility. There are, I believe, 512 waves total, and the HP increases exponentially at a rate that is quicker than your damage will increase. And on top of that, the lag will be so awful with all of those monsters with a such a high hp and dozens of gems firing off hundreds of times a second you can literally count the frames. But there are certainly a few strategies you can employ to get pretty far(though, being a mid-game player you're somewhat limited by your skills). Many of them can be found in this forum, written by people with more experience than me. I'll go ahead and answer your specific questions, though. Are prismatic gems worth it compared to bi-colored gems around wave 50ish? Perhaps. It depends on the level and your mana farms. Keep in mind that prismatics aren't really worth it below grade 11 and as a midgame player your skills probably aren't leveled enough to make them very effective. Can you give any tips on when/how often to manna pool, for example "x1 time per wave" ? This is something you'll have to do largely by feel. Once you get a good mana farm set up, you'll be doing it far more than once per wave, but it's just something you'll have to learn. Are many lower grade gems better than a few higher grade gems around this wave? A few high level gems is better than a lot of low level gems at that stage of the game. Are level 7 and above grade gems worth it, damage and price wise? From what I've read, grade 11 is when it stops being worth it to combine gems of the same grade. Though with prismatics I believe it's around grade 13. I notice that when I replay an endurance level, my exp doesn't go up? You need to beat your previous endurance score for that level. Any other tips you can give for mid(?)-game endurance levels? Anger, anger, anger. You need to anger waves starting almost immediately to start raking in the mana. Speaking of raking in the mana, make Red-Orange gem traps to farm mana. These two things are vital to getting far in endurance. Patience: Be prepared to spend days on a single endurance run if you get far enough. Yes, the lag gets that bad.

It looks like the voice actor for Toad has changed over time. From this Wiki: Toad's voice was originally portrayed by Tomoko Maruno for the Japanese version of Mario Kart 64 (and later the first three Mario Party titles) and Isaac Marshall for the overseas version. Eventually, Jen Taylor, and then Kelsey Hutchinson, played Toad's voice for many installments. His current voice actor is Samantha Kelly, who also currently voices Princess Peach and Toadette. The Beef Clud is actually a quite easy boss to beat if you know how to do it correctly. The best method is to rapidly use your jump attack, and if you make two perfect jumps (Excellent), it should sometimes wake him up. Just keep using your jump attack over and over.

Seems like there are only two modes: Automatic changing viewing angles throughout the replay constantly show the angle as if the player is playing and they can be altered using the - button. This works for all replays, for yours or Ghost or World Rankings.

The way I think about it is like this: if your champion has a snare/root/disable/whatever, then Flashing in range and using it (pretty much) guarantees you can keep hitting them for a good while at least. Think Darius and his W-E combo, you can Flash in range of a champion, pull him to you and snare, then just keep hitting him. if however your champion has no such disable, Flashing alone will get you one hit, maybe an autoattack too, then they run away. Here Ghost is more beneficial because you can keep chasing them. Shyvana is a very good example of this, although I like Ghost on Fiora also because her sprint ability is kind of short duration compared to the CD and she has nothing else. You should however consider that Exhaust might be a better choice over Ghost for chasing/ganking purposes where Flash isn't "the right choice", because in addition to the snare, it also nerfs their damage output, so you can use it as a peel for your carries (or just straight dueling). I use Exhaust on both Nocturne and Shyvana for this purpose. The argument above that Ghost is good at escaping... I don't know about that. You never really leave melee range if they snare you during it, whereas Flash opens a gap for you to let your snares run out and stops damage income cold. Ghost is also a one trick pony, whereas Flash can net you a huge tactical advantage by Flashing over walls that champions without Flash would have to otherwise slowly run around, or lets you escape turret damage instantly etc etc. Try them all in my opinion, you'll get the hang of their strengths and weaknesses after some amount of games. I'll tell you that I miss Flash the most when I run Ghost or (more often) Exhaust, but I'd still never run a Flash Shyvana.

If you shake the controller at the right time (just as the last shake comes to spin you out) you won't lose speed, but you'll still spin and lose your shells and mushrooms (or whatever other item you may have had). If you are in the air after a jump from a ramp you won't get hit at all.
