You have vault where you can put your items. Then, die with your previous character or buy the next slot for your new character.

Pirate Rum is completely useless, it just blurs your screen for a while. However, the other alcoholic drinks (Wines) in the game do have a use; they're potent HP/MP potions. They're dropped by enemies in Oryx's Wine Cellar though, so they're rare and hard to get.

On death: All items on your character are lost (unless you store them in bank chest, obviously). Any character unlocks and progress are lost Account wide unlocks/features stay (such as characters and their looks).

As taken from the WildShadow Forums: Tiles count as "seen" if they are filled in on your minimap. The circle of "seen" tiles on your minimap has a radius of 16 tiles. You can do the math from there. Otherwise, NO, you cannot see your current tile-seen count at all.

I've seen my XM meter bar being incorrect at times. When I gain XM (usually using a power cube) it goes up twice the amount it should, then I stop picking up XM from my area because I'm full. The first time after this when I'm using XM it corrects itself, and a simple recharge can take 2-3 times the 1000XM it should.

Realm of the mad god is currently having some buggs with steam and kabam is working to fix this.(sure like kabam will do something) This is the same response I've got from the steam and kabam support. Also I've found this online: Have you ever registered an email address to your account? If so, try logging in at http://realmofthemadgod.com and going through the new login/password process. I had to do the same thing and now the Steam version plays as expected.

I've played through all the 3 ways. The only way to "turn around Chaos" is to finish the game once and then just play the missions where your Chaos-level is high whilst killing noone. It doesn't matter if you're detected or render someone unconscious. As soon as you've got low chaos-level on all missions, just play the final mission and enjoy the good ending.

You can set a filter to quickbar slot by middle-mouse button (clear by control middle mouse button). It can be changed in the options. The same technique can be used to reserve some of the slots in cargo wagon for some specific items.

I had this same concern at first, but somewhere in the vast array of the UI, I found a tooltip that describes salvage as items which are "useless to the Pathfinder", and can be safely sold. I can't provide a screenshot of it, as my trial has expired, and I can't even remember where I saw it. So, if you trust me, they're only for selling.

You can farm items that have a rare chance as long as you have unlimited map access (i.e. Dorter Trade City fight only happens once, so you can only get items from there once). Here's a guide complete with the drop rates. Maps labelled with OTB mean that it is a one-time battle.

You don't equip them. Your followers do. Each follower (Templar, Scoundrel, and Enchantress) has a special equipment slot just for these types of equipment. You can access these slots through the follower inventory screen. The inventory screen can be accessed by clicking on the follower icon at the top left of your screen or hitting the 'F' key (by default) if you want to access the inventory of the follower you are currently using. The inventory of followers you are not currently using can be accessed by dialog options with them in town.

I was thinking about that the other day. Based on an earlier experience I think you can do it with the help of a companion. Ask a companion to do something and point him to the book. I think it'll say "Read the book" but do it anyway. He'll just pick/steal it and then take it from his inventory.

The font seems to be Myriad by Adobe. Specifically, it looks like the bold or semibold form of the family. Myriad Pro is close as well, but has some differences.

The answer to both of your questions is yes. When you import your save to Steam, it deletes anything in the Steam version that you've already done. Now keep in mind that it only imports the Kongregate version, if you were playing at the actual site you need to go to Kongregate first and import your save from the original game, then import your save from Kongregate to Steam.

Yes, it looks like it is possible, though it appears to be tricky. I found a video here describing how somebody modded their steam controller using an Xbox-one style joystick. However, be careful - it looks like the process of modding the steam controller joystick using Xbox or PlayStation joysticks can be difficult without the proper tools and experience, especially when it comes to modifying the joystick itself (which WILL NOT fit onto the controller without some modification - the video above recommends using a drill press to make the joystick fit onto the controller, whereas the Reddit thread recommends using a dremel). Should you decide to proceed, here is a tutorial for how to take apart the controller in more detail than the video above. Good luck, and happy modding!
