Can I bind a key to enable a certain power?

Selecting Dark Vision on the hotbar everytime I want to enable/disable it is pretty annoying. Is it possible to bind a key to toggle this power, e.g. by editing one of the ini file?

You can map any skills from the Skill Wheel to the number keys, just open the Wheel (using Middle Mouse Button), select a skill and press the number key you want it have assigned to.

So in short:
1. Press middle mouse button
2. Select skill
3. Press [1-9]

Unless you use the console there is no way to get the Skeleton Key back. However, if you've got high enough lockpicking and have invested some perks that way, you could always grab the "Unbreakable" perk, which makes regular lockpicks work the same way as the skeleton key.' When you use the console command to get the skeleton key the skeleton key breaks. The cheated skeleton key will respawn when broken but it's still not quite as good as the original skeleton key which can't be broken. When the cheated skeleton key breaks you have to find the place where the lock unlocks it. This can become annoying, but it does provide infinite lock picks. I suggest not finishing the quest to return the skeleton key then you get the keep the original skeleton key.

This isn't possible, unfortunately. Whenever the window loses focus the audio will cut out but the game will continue playing. There is also no workaround that I've found that will allow you to make the game believe it hasn't lost focus.

No, going on a murder spree at this point will no longer affect the game. Whatever happens in the mission is determined prior to loading the level (this is why the maps are also identified by the chaos level associated). The ending cutscene, then, is determined by the choices made in the final mission - therefore also unaffected by your changed chaos level.

A

You have to make players into Operators to allow them to use most commands (see this list). You can do so by running /op either from in game or using the server console. This command will save these player's data within ops.json, found in your server directory. Use /deop to remove someone from the list of operators.

First of all, if you pick up all the runes, you should be able to grab Blink II, Agility I and Possession I by the end of the first mission. All three are enormously useful, however, within that first mission, I'd have to say the most valuable pickup is Blink II. You didn't mention it, but it really is the single most valuable skill I've found for stealth runs. After that, choosing between Agility and Possession is mostly a matter of taste. I'd favor Agility personally, but that has more to do with my fondness for blink spam and distaste for using Mana on anything else than it does to do with any difference in the usefulness of the two skills, and you can easily grab Possession II quite early on in the second mission, where I did find it pretty useful.

Yes, you can wing up regardless of your allied powers. Whatever faction you choose will determine what systems are hostile to you, so choosing warring powers may lead to one of you always being chased if the other is trying to take advantage of Power bonuses by travelling in their allied systems. You may even appear as a hostile to each other in some situations, but that shouldn't affect any gameplay. Full list of Powerplay bonuses The only benefits to choosing the same powers are that you will most likely travel together and be in the same type of Power-controlled space, and if you're both allied to that power, you'll both get your power bonuses, such as extra bounty cash, or ship discounts. Bounty hunting is a good example of a profession that is best done with a wingman, so it makes sense to maximize profits if you're both able to ally to a bounty-friendly Power, and get to that Power's allied space. As far as I know, there are no gotchas related to Powers. You should be able to pick up each other's jettisoned cargo, dock together, etc. but there isn't much documentation on the subject.

No, there is no way to change previous choices in an existing playthrough. Your only option now is to replay through the game starting from the High Overseer Campbell mission, and reach the Flooded District mission again.

No, this achievement refers only to powers, not bone charms. Note that or enhancements in this case refers to the Blink Level 2 upgrade. Do not purchase any new powers, and do not upgrade Blink. Bone charms are safe.

From the wiki, about Item NBT tags : Blocks can be given tags to specify what blocks they may be placed against in Adventure mode [...] tag: The tag tag. - CanPlaceOn: Determines which blocks that blocks with this tag can be placed against in adventure mode. There is no way to determine if your units can be seen. This makes scouting very important. However, you can estimate distances based on common units statistics. In your case, since most land units have a vision range of 2, keeping your ships more than 2 hexes away can be enough. Just remember cultural borders grant vision (of their contained hexes + 1 hex away), too.

Yes, you can only spy characters in your realm. If the target of your spying leave your realm, like when they manage to escape imprisonment and flee/rebel, you get a popup that tell you that it's pointless to continue to spy on them.

No, getting a high Chaos rating on the first mission alone will not make you get the high chaos ending (which I assume is what you meant by "bad"). It seems like you need to consistently get high Chaos ratings the entire game to receive the "bad ending." For instance, a user in this thread states that he got a high Chaos rating on the second level, but didn't get the bad ending: I got a high chaos rate on the second mission and killed around 15 on the others missions together. I still got the good ending According to the wiki, in order to receive the "bad ending", you must have killed at least 50% of all encountered Dunwall citizens: If Corvo's total kills exceed 50% of the population seen in Dishonored, Dunwall is irrevocably thrown into chaos, and the high chaos ending is depicted.

You should use /testforblocks. This tests if two chests are the same. /testforblocks templateX templateY templateZ templateX templateY templateZ testforX testforY testforZ You will need to place a template chest down with the specific item pattern. Then if it passes, you use a conditional command block placed after that to continue the chain. If you need to use non-relative coordinates, remove the tilde ~ from your coordinates. So instead of typing ~1 ~2 ~3, type 1 2 3 to always execute at world coordinates (1, 2, 3), instead of relative. Otherwise, I don't quite understand what you mean by "unspecific coordinates". I assume it means that it is not relative, but a certain world coordinates each time. If not, please update it in your question to be more specific. If you want to test for any chest, anywhere, it's going to be quite tricky, and I'm not skilled enough to solve it. Sorry.
