Backflip studios has announced the one year anniversary of Dragonvale will include a limited dragon called the Paper Dragon. What is the best dragon combination to breed it and what is its breeding time?

The Paper Dragon is bred by combining four elements:
- Fire
- Earth
- Plant and
- Cold

Yes, the breeding time is always the same as hatching time for all dragons, rare dragons included. This means you can check your breeding time to know what dragon you're going to get; you're getting a Tree Dragon in this case. You can verify the hatch/breeding time for any dragon with the Wiki's Dragon Reference Chart to check which kind of dragon you might be expecting. Alternately you can just look in the store in-game. Look for dragons matching some/all of the elements of the Parents (combined) that have the same hatch time as your remaining Breeding time. Note that the upgraded breeding cave/island reduce your breeding time by 20%, but the incubation time will remain the same.

No, the Volt Absorb has to come from another pachirisu. You can breed more either through a female pachirisu with the ability and any other male in its egg group, or a male pachirisu with the ability and a ditto. You can catch Volt Absorb pachirisu through an electric friend safari in XY. Pachirisu is not available anywhere in ORAS except through trade. Source: bulbapedia.

A somewhat related question is what happens when your dragon doesn't have an element (ie the epics and gem dragons)? The short answer, or the best answer I can give is: it doesn't really matter. In every race, there will typically be one competitor who is ideal for the track. If your dragon is non-ideal, but has one or more of the track elements, in my experience you will typically come in second place if you make a more than half-hearted attempt. In order to consistently beat the ideal competitor, you need an ideal dragon. You will get slowed down in the non-ideal sections, and whether that penalty is larger for opposite zones is hard to tell, but like I said - it doesn't much matter. I'll also point out that the Panlong on Year of the Dragon seems to move fast in the Earth and Air zones, so at least in the case of opposite hybrids, the net effect seems to be speed boost.

I just came across this Reddit post, which lists the following indications (from what I've experienced, they seem correct): Haven: 1+ (1-4) Hinterlands: 2+ (4-7, 8-12) Val Royeaux: 4+ (4-6) Storm Coast: 5+ (7-11, 13-15) Fallow Mire: 8+ (8-10, 12-15) Forbidden Oasis: 8+ (8-12, 5-15, 18-20) Skyhold: 10+ Crestwood: 10+ (10-13) Western Approach: 10+ (10-14) Exalted Plains: 10+ (10-16) Emerald Graves: 12+ (14-20) Emprise du Lion: 16+ (16-22) Hissing Wastes: 16+ (19-23) Be sure to head into Exalted Plains around 10-12 - it's a fun zone. I didn't go there until last night, at level 17, which makes everything a bit too easy. Personally, I stayed in Hinterlands until about 8, at which point the only remaining stuff to do was like level 12-ish. I then went to Storm Coast, Forbidden Oasis and Fallen Mire, where leveling was slow enough to make me around 10-12 before moving on the main quest and finishing off Hinterlands. After that, I started Crestwood and The Western Approach - following the areas in the main quests. Another note: don't be afraid to move the main quest, I thought I might finish it early but it's paced very well and it unlocks more stuff to do. By the time I got to an important point (after which the game really opens up) I was already 25 hours in and had barely done anything noteworthy.

This sounds like a pretty straightforward bug, though not one I've heard of. You can use his "Summon Dragon" ability as DKnight points out - however that is only really relevant for him flying around. If you are having problems using his ability, I would consider that more serious. As others point out, on iOS your DragonVale account is tied to your GameCenter login, so you can safely delete the app and re-install (just read the prompts carefully when doing so, to retain data). I presume the same option exists for Android devices, since most of your park is stored "in the cloud" - but I'm not an expert on Android. If you delete and reinstall your app, it will likely "reset" your park to a known good state, hopefully with a fixed Kairos. Finally, check frequently for app updates. This app gets updated all the time, and may of those updates include bug fixes. Possibly this bug has been addressed in newer versions. I know they had a lot of problems with Kairos initially.

There is actually no predefined amount of time you wait for villagers to breed. It is random, but depending on how many villagers you have, you could see them breeding at a fairly quick rate (even as fast as one every 2-5 minutes).

The counter goes up when you purchase one, just like Buildings, so it's a limit on how many you can purchase. From the wiki article on the Vernal Fountain it sounds like the game lags if you have too many of these items (they're animated) so they limit you to prevent you from crashing the game. I own one of these and I can confirm it doesn't give a boost to Bloom dragons at all and appears perfectly decorative. None of the other decorations have in-game benefits either (other than raising the meaningless Visitors counter) so this seems normal.

From my experience I think that the Limited dragons are put onto the list as partially rare. Seing that I got a Bone & Love dragon by accident. I don't think those ones are especially rare, but accordin to some people the clover dragon was even rarer than the rainbow dragon, I'm not saying that this is true or not... So. To get to the point. I think that some limited dragons are considered as rare. But most are just cartagorized as uncommon. If this was any help to any one then I was happy to help!

Your minecraft game is lagging. Try closing all things other than minecraft, and that may help. Otherwise, restart your computer. If that still doesn't work, you have too much going on in that world.

Decorations definately improve visitors, but paths add tons of them at a low cost. Vistitors really freaking like paths. Before I filled that island with paths I had 90 visitors. Decorations will cost you way more and get you maybe a visitor or two per object. Buy decorations because you want, not because they add visitors. Note that there are many other ways to get visitors, they're not just from decorations. Also don't put much stock in the specific suggestion the Vistiors button gives you, it appears to be random; you can get the "More Islands" tip when you have the maximum amount of islands for example. Also, apparently the visitor boost you get from building all these paths is temporary. After installing all of these paths visitors eventually decline down to what they were before you built the paths. Generally, don't even worry about visitors; the number does not impact your cash flow. You earn cash because of your dragon's earn rate even if you have 0 visitors; it's magic. Visitors are a fun way to see "how well" your park is doing but they're a rough metric with no in-game benefit whatsoever.

A Bloom Dragon can be bred using Storm + Lichen dragons or any combination involving the elements Plant, Cold and Lightning. Storm + Plant or Lichen + storm also works. You'll know you have a Bloom Dragon if you get a breeding time of 13 hours. The egg will be rainbow colored. Bloom dragons started appearing April 2nd and will stop being availible after April 30th. Breed your Bloom Dragons before then or you'll have to wait until next year. If you breed two of them together you'll be able to breed new Bloom Dragons even after the event is over.

A

Legendary variants of dragons were added for high-level players; they begin to appear at around level 78. Once you get that high, they can be found just like any regular dragon (although they are not guaranteed to spawn): randomly in the wilderness, at word walls, et cetera. Note that Legendary dragons were added by the Dawnguard DLC, so you'll need that. Once they spawn, fighting them is basically the same as any other dragon (except they are stronger and have a wider variety of shouts). There's more information on them at the UESP wiki for Skyrim.

As @Kevin has pointed out in the comments and the Wiki points out, it's not possible to actually specify a location for the dragon to travel to. In this sense: the dragon is not a mount. You are able to fast travel on the dragon (but you cannot travel between Skyrim and Solstheim) as you would normally.
