What ways are there to trigger pressure plates without standing on them?

Say I sneak into an old ruin and come across a posse of skeletons that are so positioned to be completely decimated if I could just trigger the trap they are standing next to!

I've triggered floor plates with projectile spells (such as frost bolt and fear) as well as arrow shots. I've also dropped linen and bowls on them.

There is no lore based reason for this, it could just be that they aren't programmed to attack werewolf's on sight like the guards are. Also if this was your first transformation this could be another reason why they didn't attack: During the first transformation no bounty will be accumulated, no matter how many people are killed. It will not affect relationships with characters. Apart from miscellaneous conversation and the odd bounty or two, murders committed as a werewolf have no consequences, unless a quest-giver is killed, in which case their respective quest will be lost. I believe the easiest way to know if you're a Thane in a given Hold, is to see if you have a Housecarl there. (This presumes you haven't taken them with you into battle already, and left them behind or gotten them killed.) Usually, your Housecarl will be waiting for you in your house, or in the Jarl's hall if you don't have a house.

Make sure all the trigger objectives are all enabled. I also suggest reinstalling the datapack. This may fix it but to know I would have to have your world. I hope this helps.

In Skyrim there is a difference between magic resistance and elemental protection. Magic resistance reduces the effect of magic by a certain percentage. This is not limited to damage. For example it also reduces the duration of Paralyze spells. Elemental protection reduces the damage from a specific element (magical or non-magical source). Different sources of magic resistance add up additively (25% mr + 40% mr = 65% mr). The same goes for different sources of elemental protection. Magic resistance and elemental protection add up multiplicatively (25% mr + 40% ep = 55% dmg reduction). Also magic resistance and elemental protection are capped at 85%. So there is no 100% magic immunity in Skyrim. The maximum damage reduction theoretically achievable is 97.75%, which you get when you have 85% magic resistance and 85% elemental protection. With resistances as a percentage, incoming damage is reduced by that percentage - i.e if you were to take 100 fire damage with 15% resistance, you would take 85 fire damage instead. Resistances as a number are simple flat mitigations - 81 resistance to frost damage means all incoming frost damage is reduced by 81. Flat resistances are applied before percentile, so a fire resistance of 24 and 15% against 100 damage leads to 76 then 64.6 total damage (which I believe is rounded up to 65). All bonuses stack, even if the GUI claims otherwise: the GUI only displays total flat changes when it shows a number next to damage or resistance; percentage changes are not shown on the GUI. However, they are actually added in practice. It's not the best GUI design, but that's how it works.

I don't think you can get it back. Items in unsafe containers will usually disappear and randomly respawn in about 10 days in-game so anything you put inside it will gone forever.

Scout. Any early pressure can lose it's potency by not knowing where your opponent is. Delay gas. Most early pressure units do not use gas. The bulk of your army will be mineral heavy. Unless you are Protoss and are going for a higher tier units or upgrades, you'll want to use all of your workers for minerals. Make sure you build enough production facilities. With the increase in workers, the amount of early Barracks, Gateways etc... that are needed is increased. I've seen up to 4 early Barracks for pressure into Medivacs for easy wins in ladder all the time. Zerg is the hardest for early pressure. You are most likely going to have to go with something that LOOKS LIKE an early expansion, only produce one queen and use some saved up larva for zerglings. I suggest getting gas for zergling speed in this case only. Some players are sending a scout at the beginning of the game, finding the base and leaving. Then at the ~1 minute mark they are sending the scout back in to see if their early pressure will yield any good results. The best early pressure builds right now are: ZERG: Early expand (for larva production when ready for zerglings), build 1 gas for ling speed. Build 1 queen for injects on main hatch. Save enough larva for all of your minerals for zerglings. Even 6 marines will have a hard time shutting down 20 zerglings with ling speed. PROTOSS: EARLIER 4 gates! You can even add 1 weapon upgrade if you want to refine this. Remember to bring your probes for the proxy pylon. Zerg has a hard time holding these off if you can keep the proxy alive. You can even bring your mother ship core along if you don't need it back at base and have the resources to produce it if you lose it. TERRAN: Bunker rushes are a little all-in for me. It's not really pressure, although it usually outright wins if it goes correctly. I've seen things range from 4 barracks into medivacs, total marine armies, marine marauder with combat shields...terran has the most early game right now.

I think both conditions (having destroyed the Wind Stone and Storn not talking) are separate issues. If you destroyed the Wind Stone by having obtained Bend Will's first shout before Fate of the Skaal (the only possible way to do so), the quest, according to the Fandom page, should be skippable: This quest can be completely skipped by obtaining the first word of Bend Will from Saering's Watch and shouting at the Wind Stone before meeting Frea at the Temple of Miraak. By doing so, Storn will mention the land is at peace and "The Path of Knowledge" will begin. Nevertheless, Storn, Frea's father, may be taciturn: It is possible that once the Skaal Village has been reached that the Dragonborn will not be able to talk to Storn to begin the next quest. This can be fixed by reloading an older save. [If on PC] the commands setstage DLC2MQ03 70 and setstage DLC2MQ03 200 can be used to fix this. According to this post, the command setstage DLC2MQ03 10 might also work as well (whether or not preceded by setstage DLC2MQ03 0), but not optimally . Another way to get passive NPCs talking, is by attacking them. Sometimes they have to fall to have their AI reset, sometimes a pacifying spell (e.g. Vampire's Seduction) is necessary. Note, also, that this doesn't always work. You might want to try destroying more All-Maker Stones, as it will probably change some parameters in the quest progression. As per this comment, it might help to follow Frea to Skaal Village: For me, the problem was that I did not follow Frea directly out of the Temple of Miraak, but instead opened the black book again to gain all the items there. You should follow Frea so she will tell her story on the way to Skaal Village. Then, when you arrive, she will talk to her father and after that the quest will continue so you can also talk to her father, Storn. Let me know what worked for you, so I can improve the answer for others.

If an item will give you a boost in a certain skill, it will always increase that skill. The maximum reachable level for a skill through training/experience is level 100, but items like the Jester's hat will increase it beyond level 100. You might or might not notice any difference since your sneak is already so high, but your sneak will be better none the less.

It isn't exclusive to the dragonborn. The following is stated on the wiki Only blood-relatives of Alessia can wear the amulet, otherwise it slips off the neck.

Any container INSIDE your house is guaranteed safe. On the other hand, containers OUTSIDE the house (i.e. barrels, food bags etc) is NOT guaranteed safe. This also applied to any house that isn't yours, although you can sleep in it (i.e. Alchemist's Shack). Exception for Hearthfire, those containers outside your house are safe storages so don't worry about losing anything. My rule of thumb for safe container is if the container don't respawn items over time, it is a safe container (although this will take some time).

You could define that area using coordinates and volume in the target selector of a command that adds a scoreboard tag. Anyone without that tag would then be outside that range. The only downside in your case is that the defined area will not be circular but square. This would use two command blocks in a chain. The first removes the tag from all players. The second adds the tag only to players inside the area. These command blocks need to remain loaded so I recommend placing them in the spawn chunk. I also recommend preventing command block output to prevent OP players from having their chat filled with command block spam. Use command: /gamerule commandBlockOutput false First command block is Repeat Unconditional Always Active and it's command: scoreboard players tag @a remove InArea Second command block is Chain Unconditional Always Active and it's command: scoreboard players tag @a[x=X,y=Y,z=Z,dx=DX,dy=DY,dz=DZ] add InArea The two sets of coordinates in the second command target selector are two opposite corners of the area. In your case, Y could be 1 and DY could be 256. Now you can target anyone without that tag: @a[tag=!InArea] As an example, lets make them all say hello: /execute @a[tag=!InArea] ~ ~ ~ say Hello

As Yuck mentions in his answer on whether a new game plus mode exists, each area has an item that—once retrieved—lets you reset the area and play through the events again. This allows you to pick different Live Trigger options and get the reward you missed. As an example, once you complete New Bodhum -003 AF-, the next stop is Bresha Ruins -005 AF-. There, you'll find a key item called the 'Leaving' Gate Seal, which allows you to close the New Bodhum -003 AF- gate. Closing a gate will reset the events of the area, and thus, allow you to get the reward. Also of note is that closing a gate will unlock new Live Trigger choices, replacing some of the old ones. Based on the list in the strategy guide, most of the replacement choices are the "funny" options, so an efficient strategy would be to get the "serious" reward first, then get the "funny" reward once you can close the gate seal for the area.

According to the Battlefield Wiki: Holding the attack button and approaching an enemy will perform a fatal Takedown attack. The takedown can be performed from the front, but it is potentially more difficult to achieve against an alert enemy. Additionally, this may be helpful: The knife has a special little feature for new users, if there is no target, or target is not in range, then the knife points vertically down when equipped. However when the target becomes in range the knife often moves to a horizontal position to indicate that the target is within range, this makes it much easier for newcomers to know when to knife (the range for selected knife attack is greater than quick knife, so do not press quick knife and remember that in a knife fight).
