I've just beaten that level. My strategy is to beat the first and second wave with normal attacks. If you have different weapons, use them. You should defeat these 2 waves without getting too many damage on the gates. (I suggest you use the WiiMote, it's pretty fast.) For the 3rd wave, use 1-2 charged attacks on the incoming zombies, then the Milk Delivery zombie should spawn. Defeat it, get the Milk bottle and knock out each zombie that's facing you, then run towards a gate while the effect is still active and clear the area. When the Milk effect wears off, run towards the other gate and use another charged attack to defeat every enemy left. That's it. I made it without any helping Miis, just a couple of weapons.

I think double advice is not to help you to choose how many guys of each categories you'll use, but it allows you to request spying when it's your turn to send your troops (send the bow-men, the horse-men…). That way, you can know during the second or third turn which men your opponent will send. It can be useful in case of a particularly hard battle (e.g. against ninjas + you having not as many men to deal). Did you find those Miis from SpotPass and not classic StreetPass? Because in an hotspot you can receive people's Mii but that person may not "meet" your Mii at the same time. I know this because a friend of mine has met my Mii through SpotPass but I haven't met his one that day. Probably that person have met you more than 3 times (giving you the "Fantastic"), and the first time you've received its Mii in your Plaza you've actually got the "Fantastic".

What happens on your 3DS does not affect them - since they can choose to fight you, as you did them, and theoretically also win, the events don't actually affect each other. Basically, your outcome and theirs work separately from one another. Next time you streetpass them, they will be able to fight or not, as you choose, same as any other time.

In my experience, you get rating opportunities if one of the following three things occur: The second time you meet someone. When you meet someone you've met before and they've changed their hat. No, the person you connected with in StreetPass will not see your updated mii UNTIL you can manage to connect with them again. This is because the 3DS StreetPass doesn't use the internet, and has no way of connecting unless you are in the radius of the other person's StreetPass, as it does not update live. As a matter of fact, Your mii won't update until the other person connects with another person before he/she connects with you again. This is because the StreetPass will not attempt to connect with the same device twice in a row in such quick succession.

The individual games earn you Plaza Tickets for doing various things (which vary per game), and you can use these tickets to buy different hats and outfits (they change daily) - without buying these games, there are many hats and outfits you cannot get. The games themselves don't give you hats, per se, but each one has activities you have to complete (think of them similar to achievements) in order to earn tickets, tickets get you hats from the Exchange Booth (unlocked when you buy one or more of the games).
